Billing Policy

Plans
Moatscope offers a Free plan and Moatscope Pro. Pro is $19.99 USD per month, or $149 USD per year ($12.42/mo — save 38%). The first 25 Pro subscribers lock in a founding rate of $9.99/mo permanently; this offer is retired automatically once 25 spots are claimed.
Payment Processor
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Moatscope does not store your full card details.
Billing Cycle
Monthly Pro is billed every month; annual Pro is billed every 12 months. Your subscription renews automatically using the payment method on file until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro access until then and are not charged again.
Refunds
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. Once a monthly charge is processed, it is non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@moatscope.app and we'll investigate.
Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, we (via Stripe) may retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan and Pro features will become unavailable until billing is restored.
Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing. If prices change for your plan, we'll notify you in advance by email, and any new price will apply to your next billing cycle.
Taxes
Prices are shown exclusive of taxes. Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST may be added at checkout based on your billing location.
